How do you import tactics on FM14 on an IMAC

I am trying to import tactics that I have downloaded into FM14on my IMAC. Unlike a PC it doesn't seem to have a folder called Sports Interactive, the only way I can find any folders is to go into Steam and bring up the properties. When you look at tactics they are all controlled by 'terminal ) when you transfer downloaded files to the tactics folder they dont get converted and remain dormant.
