Quality signing! If I wasn't go to before, Benteke is a definite reason to follow this story. A great buy for a decent price too. Any more big name signings to come?

Mate, this is a very interesting story so far! Always had a bit of a fascination with Inter. Getting Benteke for just £13m is the definition of bargain! Will be following eagerly!

TRANSFER UPDATE

As I was focussing on a young, dynamic blueprint for my Inter mission, I sent scouts far and wide to bring in some upcoming talent.

First up was Colombia U21 International, Eder Alvarez Balanta who arrived from River Plate for £7.5m. Strong, quick, aggressive and can pop up with a goal - Balanta is an ideal player to push Rannocchia and Juan Jesus for a place in the starting line up.

Romanian playmaker Gabriel Iancu arrives from Steaua Bucharest to provide some flair and competition to our midfield. Capable of playing as a trequartista or slightly deeper, 'The New Gheorge Hagi' is a player who can flourish under my tutelage.

Bulgarian legend, Hristo Stoichkov arrives as my new number 2, as a player to played the game the way it should be played - exciting, dynamic and quick, Hristo can implement the same idealism as me to my young group.

U.S.A, U.S.A!!

As pre-season tours go, our trip to the States was by all means, normal.

There was no eccentric, seagull loving Director of Football to get arrested, no thuggish Birmingham nationals beating up prostitutes and the lads all seemed to bond well and get on like a house on fire.

We bagged a couple of solid wins, a lot of the lads impressed and everything was going according to plan as we headed back to the airport to go home.
