Why Anderlecht?

Well, there are many reasons I chose Belgian side Anderlecht, one would be because I haven't had much of a challenge on FM recently, and managing Anderlecht may be one of the hardest teams I have managed. Not because they can't compete in the league, because in the league they are predicted to finish first every season...The reason it will be so hard for me is because with this team, I must build a squad as strong as the likes of Real Madrid, Ac Milan, and Bayern Munich, to even think about conquering Europe, but I am determined to do so!

Another reason is that I have always liked Anderlecht as a football club and I have always amired their youth set up, which is one thing that will make my job a whole lot easier. I plan to use this youth set up, to take down the many great teams that grace Champions League football.

Coding.
I am trying to sort it out:P

Pre-Season games & Friendlies

We started off my first match in charge against Union Sg and my word, We really found the net, a great all round performance from the lads meant morale would raise and cohesion would start to appear. We would then Go up against our affilated club Tubize digging out a win in the 61' minute only to see our selves draw against a team we should be beating, Heracles. The game ended 1-1 and in the end we really should have lost given the amount of shots they had...21 to our 15.

Then in the last two friendlies we failed the task of beating Excelsior and Montpellier both times of asking. Not good results, especially for a team of our quality...I just hope Morale is high enough to start well in the league, but im sure we can provide regardless.

Our only signing of the summer transfer window will be in the form of one, Milan Jovanovic, the 32 year old, ex Liverpool and Standard Liege wide man has been brought back on a free for a second spell at Anderlecht.
