Question about lower league under 18 teams

I've just started a game playing Leamington FC (England Conference north league). My youth team is not in any of the 11 English under 18 leagues, nor is it in under 18 cup. Is there a mechanism in the game to promote my U-18 team to one of those leagues or be able to play in the cup? or is my team always gonna be absent from all competitions?

You Can probably do it using the Editor, however be careful how you do it or you will corrupt the the Editor and your game will then crash. However if you play the game a season and get promoted you team will automatically get into the U-18 Leagues and U-18 Cup. Not to sure if you even need to get promoted, hope this helps and good luck...
