location language files?

I play FM14 in Dutch so when I read the (fantastic) guides on fmscouts I've always got troubles translating shouts, player roles and some attributes.

If I can locate the files I can once and for all translate all the terms to my native language via the attribute values in both language files.

edit: to clarify I mean the file where the text is where to roles are explained (when you hover over it)
