Introduction

Viktoria Plzen is a Czech professional football club based in Plzeň (Pilsen) They currently play in the Gambrinus liga, the top division of football in the country.

As runners up in the 1970–71 Czechoslovak Cup they gained the right to play in the following season's UEFA Cup Winners' Cup as winners Spartak Trnava also won the championship and played in the European Cup.

In 2010, they played in the UEFA Europa League after winning the 2009–10 Czech Cup.

In 2011, the club won the Czech league for the first time, and participated in the 2011-12 UEFA Champions League group stage, during which they won their first Champions League match, earning five points and qualifying for the Round of 32 in the 2011–12 UEFA Europa League.

In 2012, the club participated in the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League group stages. Viktoria reached the Round of 16 before being eliminated by Fenerbahçe. They finished the season by winning the Czech league for the second time.

Tactics

For my first tactic I have decided to pick the 4-3-3 counter mentality and fluid fluidity.
I pick two wingers to spread the play and also cut in and help the lone striker when in need.

Second tactic will be the 4-5-1 with the Attacking mentality and the fluid fluidity.
I want to dominate in the midfield and have a lot of the ball, I want my three AM's and striker to tear apart any defence in the league and in any competitions.

I will be doing monthly updates from now on instead of writing random stuff as i found it easier to read and more appealing

History Of The Czech Super Cup

The Czech Republic Football Supercup is an annual football match between the winners of the Gambrinus liga and the Czech Cup, organised by the Czech Football Association. It is currently sponsored by Synot Tip and is therefore officially known as the Synot Tip Supercup, The match is held at the home stadium of the league champion. The first Supercup was held on 8 July, 2010.

July Update

Monthly Evaluation

Overall a decent month 4 wins and a loss, doesn't seem to bad does it ? the lads are playing well and im content with them at the moment, there is a few things we need to work on to improve but we will improve and im confident in the boys that they will continue this good form.

August Update

What a Month!

Im very please with the lads over august, unbeaten in 10 games in all competitions and unbeaten in 5 games in the league, their confidence is sky high and the form will continue, we have qualified for the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE group stages! an unbelievable achievement for the club and me and the board are very happy indeed.

September Update

September has been a decent month for us, we really stood out in the 12-1 win there really wasn't anything i could say that was disappointing about the game winning 4 out of 6 games was very pleasing, drawing one and losing one wasn't, we should of won against Olomouc but we're struggling with injures at the moment.

Drawing against one of the best teams in the world Manchester United was a great achievement we played very well, opening the scoring in the 67th minute and then conceding late in the 90+2 from a phil jones header.
