Hi, I just want to know what does it mean or what should I when me assistant gives me comments in matches such as "We've seen player X getting skinned all day" or "Player X has been missing crucial interceptions for us which has caused problems." What exactly am I supposed to do.
For the most part, whenever I see the comments such as above, I tell the play to close down less and ease of tackling but I still wonder whether that's the right tactical decision. For others such as misplacing passes, I instruct them to pass shorter and less risky.
Could someone clarify on what's the best course of action for certain assistant match comments?
