FM Editor Live 2014?

I would like to know if this year, with FM14, also release de Editor Live as last year.

You need to buy it from downloads in the main screen of Football Manager 2014.

I refer to the Editor Live of FMScout, not the ingame editor. Thanks at any rate.

The in game editor for FM14 doesn't let you edit in FM Classic mode. I am hoping that FMEL will come to FM14 and work with Classic Mode like it did in FM13
