I have donated for the FM14 genie scout and have not received my key after waiting for the email. The email I used is [email protected] and I have checked the junk email and main email but there is no email with the key. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I have the same issue. Donated last night, the email hasn't come until now. It's almost 24 hours already. Any help will be appreciated.
Key-file is delivered within 10 minutes usually, check please your junk. In case there is no key in junk, please contact me on my personal e-mail and we will resove the problem.

i gave donation, but never got key file. got the updated version, but cant use it. not sure whats going on
It's delivered within 10 minutes in 99% of cases, unless your e-mail service treats my e-mail as junk. And almost always hotmail.com puts my e-mail into junk. If there is no e-mail containing key-file in junk, please contact me on my personal e-mail.
