Removing Rangers' Transfer Ban

When using the data editor, I removed Rangers' transfer ban but when I start a new game, it's still there.
I've tried changing the start/end date but that makes no difference.

Can anyone help with this??

I'm a Rangers fan, and it should stay. no remoing that baby we have to take our punishment, and you should easily get promoted with the side they have.
