network game,long term

hi, looking for playing buddies, maybe 1 or 2 to make the game more interesting as i believe everybody will play till the point of winning everything in their sights, gets boring at times, have played some fantastic network games before in fm 2013 may even last till 10 seasons, had loads of fun. so now im looking for playing buddies, hopefully will continue to fight even when times get bad. living in Singapore, therefore hopefully players from the nearby region will be good.
