I am playing FMH14 and have always played promoting youth players to first team squad and creating international players.
I'm currently manager of Liverpool and England, I have 2 players who I have built up from youth/reserves to the first team (both now aged 19).
usually I would be able to call them up to the international squad, but the option is not there. Has anyone else encountered this or is there something I'm missing? All previous versions have allowed this.
