how often can i submit a request for a new feeder club? or does it vary?
england have just beat mexico (2-2 90 mins) on penaltys in the world cup in my game lol.

Well i seem to remember being able to submit a request 2 months or so after the last 1, but the board really liked me having won the uefa cup, champs league and premiership, altho got knocked out of league cup 3rd round!, the liverpool job came up tho and i said i'd be interested, was offered chelsea and arsenal jobs but turned them down then declared interest in man utd job, their board said they would be mad not to consider me but no decision could be made til steve coppells(the man utd manager!) future was resloved, i only had a week to go on my contract and wanted to double my money, turned down the 1st 2 offers but accpeted sa 50% + rise.
so i suppose its a combination of how much the board like you and how much money the club has, i think it should be down to finances tho with the fee for the feeder club being taken from your wage budget with a resriction of 4 link-ups per season.
how often can you be linked with a decent side rather than a polish non league team? best i've ever been offered by my board is Donny Rovers...
thats a different question, it relies on how your stature is, only amazing champ league challengers can get good feeder teams

i no- i always try and get my local team woking but i cant unless i play as reading. i wish you could recomend teams to the board...
Scunthorpe was the best i had, got them in my 1st season in premiership as a loan link up, they were mid-division league 1 after about 6 games, i loaned some good players to them and they got promoted via play-offs.
in my 1st season i got non-league english teams, then in championship i got a couple of foreign sides and also got a commercial link with an australian side, the other major problem with link-ups is if you suggest a player goes out on a season long loan they often refuse as the club it too low stature.
i think there should be 2 major improvements to this, if you were a real club you would travel to the club of your choice and put an offer on the table for a link up, proposing what type and fee, this could be done in FM08 or future versions by suggesting 4 clubs to board for proposed link-up, secondly it should be possible for a manager to convince a player a loan move would be a good idea and help their career, this should apply to most players under 25, surely a patch could be developed for this? or perhaps sports interactive could sort something out?
