Fitness coach with high attacking and defending attributes

I have found a fitness coach with 17 Att and 17 Def attribute, he is working as a fitness coach at Atletico Mineiro. He has good ratings in various attributes except adaptability. My question is, can I make him my first team coach, he's agreed, when I trebled his current compensation which is as low as 900$.Will this work for me,especially when he has no previous tactical coaching experience except Fitness.

doesn't matter - all that counts are the star ratings once you've signed him. If he has low adaptability he'll struggle when moving to different countries, so it'll take him longer to be effective.
