Need some pro tactical help

So this is my tactic. Last 2 instructions are "offside trap" and "tight marking". Also some players have individual istructions.

I like this tactic, because I score lots of goals, 86 last season, which isnt that bad with a club like Villarreal. The problem is, that i consede way to many goals to even come close to Barca and Real. Think i conceded 52 goals last season, which isnt that good.

So does anyone have any ideas on what i could change to be better defensive without interfering with the attacking style of football i am playing. I have tried to turn the midfield "triangle" arround, so I played with 2 CM and 1 DM, instead of OM, that helped in the defence, but i didnt score nearly as many goals, so that didnt work out. Also i have tried to change backs to FB and support, and wings to W instead of IF, but that didnt really change anything.

Offside Trap and Mark Tightly shouts contradict each other and will just confuse your own defenders.

offside trap is where your defenders let the strikers run past them in to offside positions but with mark tightly, they will chase them back. Just choose one of them, otherwise your defence will kill themselves positionally.

another thing you could do is change your DR and DL to full backs with defensive mentality. That means your defence will be flatter and more solid than usual.

Otherwise, the only thing I might change is the two CMs to DLP(S) and BWM(S). But that's just the way I like my two midfielders to play

I didnt know that offside trap and tight marking contradicted each other so I guess that was the problem all along. But which one would you recommend? Both my CB´s are at around 15 in pace and marking.

Honestly, I don't use either myself. If I were to choose one, however, it would be offside trap
