Hi, I cannot make the kits for you but I will happily provide pictures of the kits for you to work from, like I did with the Everton 3rd kit at the top of the page. 
This is the new Leicester third kit. I see that you've already uploaded the pack, but I'm not sure if this is part of it.
Hull also have a third kit, as do Burnley, Manchester City, Newcastle and West Ham.

Thanks for these mate. We made the pack from premierleague.com (each club have there a relink to they shop and oficially released kits), but these were not there at the moment we made the pack (and maybe sill don´t). Will take a look to update these as soon as possible.
