No Surnames

Argghh, help!!
I loaded up a saved game earlier, and every player, manager, scout, pundit and journalist are reffered to by first name only
e.g. "Jamie warns Liverpool to respect Lubomir"

Is this a bug, or am I being a tard and there's an easy fix?

I had the same problem once, but with first names vanishing instead. I loaded the game to an earlier save and it was fine, but the only other thing I can suggest is to use the editor (the in game one you can buy (and re-add the names)

I have the same problem.Where can i find other saves?
