Tottenham Hotspur

Why Tottenham

The reason I have chosen to manage Spurs is that they are a good side with quite a few players with high potential. They also signed quite a few good players in the summer such as Erik Lamela, Christian Eriksen and Paulinho. Tottenham also have a good transfer budget, since they have sold Bale. They have a quality team and in my opinion even without Bale they are one of the best teams in the Premier League, probably behind the two Manchester teams and Arsenal.

Who Will I Be

You'll have to wait and see :)
Good luck! :)

André Villas-Boas Out

http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/silasthebest/media/17149560_zpsaef08996.jpg.html

It's been a day for many Spurs fans to forget as they have seen their manager André Villas-Boas resign. Many fans think that he has resigned due to a falling out with the chairman, but what people don't know is that he has resigned due to developing Leukaemia.

Many Fans can't believe that Villas-Boas has resigned after a rather promising first season last season, finish 5th in the league. But one thing is for certain, they don't know who will replace him.

Skysports News reporter Jim White is outside the stadium know for us. Lets go straight there.

"There is quite a Negative atmosphere here outside White Hart Lane. I'm standing here with 40 year supporter Alan Timbers, so Alan what do you think about the departure of André Villas-Boas."

"It's a real shock Jim, I didn't think he would be leaving us after just one season. I know its hard to predict the future but I didn't see this coming."

"Who do you want to replace him?"

"Well it's not up to me, it's up to chairman Daniel Levy, he has to choose not who he wants but who would bring glory to Spurs, personally I would like to see Roberto di Matteo here."

"So there you go, back to the studio."
So has he been sacked or resigned?

Still No Manager For Spurs

http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/silasthebest/media/article-1369450-0CD78059000005DC-614_634x422_zps90d2101f.jpg.html

It's been three weeks now since André Villas Boas resigned and Spurs have still not found a replacement. The fans are becoming rather unhappy as without a full time manager the players can't do anything. It is thought that the club have approached a number of managers such as Marcelo Bielsa, Roberto di Matteo and Guus Hiddink and they have all rejected Spurs. It is now thought that chairman Daniel Levy has given up in trying to get a well known manager and has resorted to approaching a few managers that are not very well known such as David Flitcroft, Eddie Howe and a manager who know one has heard of called Mike Hunt.

With the season just under 5 weeks away Spurs need to soon find a manager or there season will be over by the end of September.

Thanks
Hmm. My bets on Ledley King for this. If so, I'm a genius!

Good luck.

EDIT: Mike Hunt? Really? Maturity levels are off the scale! :P

Harry Redknapp Takes Charge of Spurs AGAIN

http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/silasthebest/media/HarryRedknappTottenhamHotspurTrainingTld0lgghWQll_zpsd99e735b.jpg.html

In a press conference today with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy it was announced that Harry Redknapp would return to White Hart Lane after one season. Daniel Levy had this to say "From today Harry Redknapp will be taking charge of management at this club on a one year contract. We have realised that Harry is the best person to take this club forwards and should have never let him leave."

Many fans are pleased with this arrival as they have seen Harry managing Spurs and know his ability. One fan had this to say "It's brilliant that Harry has returned, it made me so angry when he left as it wasn't necessary and I believed that he could of done better than what Villas-Boas did last season. I'm positive that I speak for most of the fans when I say Good Luck Harry!"

http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/silasthebest/media/HarryRedknappQueensParkRangersTrainingfZItyd48hZJl_zps57189364.jpg.html

"Welcome Harry. So it's your second time round as Tottenham Manager what are your feelings like?"

"My feelings are all over the place, mainly it's excitement but I do feel slightly anxious!"

"Last season you did have a short spell with Queens Park Rangers, what was that like for you?"

"It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. I got to meet some fantastic people, my favourite was Clint Hill he was such a good friend, but unfortunately we got relegated at the end of the season which was really depressing for the whole team."

"Why did you decide to come back, no one was expecting it?"

"Well Spurs are the team I support and I don't think I shound of left if I'm being honest so I have jumped at the chance of managing them again."

"Finally, do you have any messages for the fans?"

"I'd like to say that I hope they all have faith in me and give me all of there support."

"That's it for today, I would like to thank Harry for being here and wish him the best of luck!"
Didn't see that coming! He's still wearing his QPR top - he seems confused :P
