Great tactics, using which I won 17 games in a row with a mediocre team in the first season. It was optimized for FC Krasnodar, which plays in Russian League, but it should for other teams too.
Your main player will be your LM, and you should spend most of your money on him.

don't use it with Southampton though it didn't work haha

works with most championship teams though not sure with big clubs as counter strategy..
