I play a romanian team and I noticed that the coefficients of the romanian clubs gained from draws or wins in the first two group matches of UCL and EL do not increase at all. From the 3rd match-day everything works well, but the "forgotten" coefficient points from the first two will not come back. Nation coefficients are fine, they increase as usual, no problems there. I looked at Dinamo Tbilisi from Georgia (in Europa League) and I noticed the same phenomenon.
Am I missing some UEFA rule about smaller leagues or is this a bug?
Note: this happens every season and in every FM game I've played in the last years.
