I was wondering some things and had some questions on my mind, tought maybe people here might be able to help. So I'm playing FM 2014 in Classic Mod with a team called "Altınordu", it's a local team in my country, and it is also a team i like. So anyways, there are some problems, bad things about my team and I was wondering if it was possible to make them good.
First of all, when I am tring to transfer a new player or a staff, we can't agree on salary. For example, the player ask for 200£/week, I can't select above 110£/week as the game says "cannot suggest term due to board restrictions". Is there any way to pass behind this? I can't transfer any good players or staff!! (Increasing payroll from transfer menu won't fix this as I have payroll amount of 18K£/week and I'm only spending 7K£/week on salaries..)
Another thing is that my stadium has the capacity of 6,231 people, and it's field is in terrible condition. Is there any way to increase the capacity? Or maybe fix the field to get in a better status?
Also, I have also noticed that my team doesn't really has any income besides the home matches. Is it possible for me to get a sponsor, or any extra income maybe? Or what can i do to earn money for my team.

My team is pretty good, I've just broke my local league's record on winning matches on row (I've won 21 matches without loosing or being tied in a single, the record was 18, I've lost my 22nd match :P). I'm also the first in my league, there are 14 points diffrence between me and the second but I'm in 3rd league of course, not the 2nd or the Super League
Anyways if you can help me on my problems I've stated above, I would be more than happy.
