same goes. i've purchase the wrong code. way to go fmscout for putting the regional restriction prices way down the page. i have message the customer service looking for solution but their 24/7 service is a joke! its been 8 days and not at least an automated message in my inbox saying that they'll take care of it. right now i am already frustrated with the lack of communication that i've decided to take a refund as i cant activate my game. guess what? also no feedback! i have leave three message in the customer service looking for solution on what to do next with the invalid product code, 2 twitter post, 1 fb page message. and im turning on this post. with the hope of atleast one feedback on what should/could i do with the invalid product code. all i want is a working activation code for my Malaysia region which is way cheaper than what i've purchased and they can keep the money. but that expectation has passed. and right now im looking for a full refund and take my business elsewhere.
