Alvaro Negrado gets the top goalscorer for Newcastle. Chelsea's Jordan Rhodes is the signing of the season for Chelsea who paid just 8.25m for him second was Fulhams Alberto Palcachi so points go to those two teams. Newcastle Ander Herrera is the worse signing of the season for 24m and they lose 7 points.
