Upon installing Genie Scout 14, it also installed Mobogenie, Optimizer Pro, and LiveSupport.

yep, I got some of the same stuff and a couple others. not sure why I donated for this.

You need to decline the extra software it bundles on the free version.

If you donated, you don't use the link to install the free version on the website, instead use the link in your email for the paid, add free version.

Yes there is.

I had the option of 4 or 5 additional programs. Each one had a variation of "accept or decline". With a pop up box to confirm the choice afterwards.

I downloaded the free first. Donated then downloaded "g". No additional programs were installed and no viruses were detected as I declined all the options.
