Match engine

Is it me or is the game engine on FM14 really poor? ive seen some pathetic moments on it, sturridge running backwards on a 1 on 1, agger running off the pitch when hes the last defender and mignolet running into the goal on a corner?

Ive played FM since i can remember and would go as far to say i know my way to manage a club but so far im not enjoying this years game. loosing 3-0 at home to hull because of pathetic mistakes, mistakes from the match engine not the team set up.

Am i the only one who thinks this or is anyone having the same problems?

Im hoping it is just me because i love the game but im very close to just putting it on the shelf and moving on after 2days.

Yeah it is really poor, it has somewhat improved since the 14.2 patch but still has many problems. The ME engine has never been outstanding since FM11 IMO. SI always say they're using a new ME but it's clearly been the same since FM12. Hopefully in FM15 they actually do some major improvements.
