Genie Scout does not work well

Hello,
I purchased a paid version of Genie Scout 2014. Unfortunately this utility does not meet my expectations. First of all I care for properly functioning option: sale value. It is a very useful for playing weaker clubs.
Another thing is able to run Genie Scout 2014 only when running a FM 2014. Sometimes I want to use only Genie Scout 2014 and run FM 2014 every time is cumbersome. Sometime Genie Scout did not have a problems with sale value, interested clubs/agreed transfer in the players profile, it was possible to run Genie without running FM. And everything was free!
Why now pay program is incomplete?

Read up on the many posts here, Sale value has been difficult to calculate because of the many factors that can change it, although Eugene is working on bringing improvements to the values on every update.
