Installing Problem

I have a problem with installing the new version of genie.Everything was fine with the older.So i downloaded the new one and when i trying to install it the installation stops on "please wait while setup is preparing"..... I hope you will help me. I tried to change the compatibility but i got no result....

Disable your virus/spyware/firewall protection and then try again, be sure to read carefully to not install any software you don't want.
