Everything has happened so quickly. Some years ago I remember playing for A.C. Milan, the giants of Italy, just a few days ago I remember playing for Botafogo in Brazil. Now I'm in Milano Malpensa Airport soon to be driven to San Siro to sign the contract, not a contract to play for the club once again, but to manage them.

My job is to rescue this team and be the shining light in the darkness that is A.C. Milan. I'm not very qualified to be a manager, I've never been one before, but I believe my passion for the club is what will take the club forward and never backwarsa, never.

The amount of fans that have turned up at the airport waiting for me, and those that are outside is simply amazing and heart-warming. I never would have believed they would want me to manage their team. The previous manager had a tough time and I'm sure they would have wanted a more experienced manager, but to them I'm a hero and I owe them a lot.

As I get into the car, all I can see is A.C. Milan shirts being placed in front of me to sign. I sign about twenty before waving the fans goodbye and I tell the driver "Andiamo!". The club officials had already welcomed me back to Italy by text as I landed and now they were eagerly awaiting my arrival at the San Siro to sign the contract.

A.C. Milan, a club that has always been in my heart. A.C. Milan a club that is my heart.

Hello guys, decided that I wanted to try story writing again and I thought this could be a good storyline. I won't update this story everyday due to me being quite busy during weekdays, but if I can I will. On weekends you can expect multiple updates!

Good start, Seni :) Odd that we haven't had many Seedorf themed stories but maybe you can set the mark

Thanks for all the kind comments already :)

DONE DEAL: SEEDORF APPOINTED NEW MANAEGR

It's done and dusted, I've finally put the pen to paper and signed a one year deal with Milan, with an extension clause being able to be activated if we are in the top three by January. I think I am the happiest man on the planet right now. If I am very honest, I thought very hard when I was Brazil and the club approached me, but I knew I had to.

A few smaller clubs, which I will not name had contacted me but I couldn't turn Milan down after everything the club had done for me, impossible. Any contract they had put in front of me, I'm very sure I would have signed it because its not the money I'm after. While playing I made my money and I've invested wisely, but I'm managing this team out of sheer love from the bottom of my heart for A.C. Milan.

I've already met my backroom staff and all the players and we are on the same page, which is very important when taking over a club. Nothing has really changed but it does feel quite overwhelming that just a year ago or so, my players were my teammates, for example Kaka, one of the best players in the world, we were teammates for years but now I can use him to take Milan forward.

We have been in contact with a few clubs as we try to get rid of some players and bring in a few to strengthen the squad. A left back and a striker are desperately needed as we are quite vulnerable in those positions. Thankfully, the youth system here is fantastic. Hachim Mastour, the little maestro has been promoted to the first team and will definitely play first team football this season. He is a great talent and I hope I can use him effectively.

Nice start and good luck :)

BREAKING NEWS: TWO SET FOR MEDICAL AT MILANELLO

Great news, very great news! Two players are flying in today to complete their medicals and sign for A.C. Milan. It took a few days of negotiations but thankfully, with both clubs we could agree deals to bring both a left back and a striker in.

Both Eduardo and Fabio Coentrao will sign for A.C. Milan later on today. I discussed in length with my scouts, and they believed that with the limited transfer budget the club has, these two players were the perfect two to try and strengthen the squad.

Eduardo is a very good striker who is underrated. I remember watching him when he used to play for Arsenal, what a striker he was! Unfortunately, that horror injury not only wrecked his career a bit, but Arsenal's season too. We are hoping his experience and clinical finishing can be of great use for us. Despite the signing of Eduaro, Mario Balotelli will be the starting striker throughout the season.

Coentrao is a player I truly adore, he too is very underrated. I prefer him to Marcelo when defending, but this player can attack too which is excellent. His main position is at left back but of course, if we have too he will play on the left wing. Both signings are undisclosed fees but the two add up to just below 10 million.

Its sad to say, two players have left A.C. Milan as I look to rebuild the squad. Urby Emanuelson and Riccardo Montolivo have both departed the club to France. Emanuelson has joined AS Monaco while Montolivo PSG. I wish them all the best in the future. I sold them because I didn't see how they would fit into my plans at Milan.

We're hoping to bring in a few more players to add depth and quality to the squad, but I have my eyes on a few youngsters who will be promoted to the first team and possibly feature in some games.
Great start mate! :)
Very nice start! Keep it up :)
I don't know about Eduardo, but I always loved Coentrao!!
Nice signings :) Coentrao especially

Balotelli is the main man!

In my first press-conference as the manager of the prestigious A.C. Milan, I was asked the question "Who is going to be the key man for Milan, the man who will stand out?". Without hesitation or even thinking, I answered "Mario Balotelli" it was as if it was a natural instinct.

I've played against Balotelli before and he is a really tough guy, you don't want to face him if you're a midfielder or attacker but it all depends on which Balotelli turns up to the stadium and pitch. You see, sometimes Mario can lose his cool and do stupid things on the pitch, but over the past few years, I've seen him mature greatly. The Mario I want as my starting striker, is the Mario you see in the actually game with Luigi and Mario, the Mario who comes to rescue all the time and saves the day, the all time hero Mario.

There's no doubt that Mario Balotelli is a great player, if he can have an excellent attitude and continue working hard, he'll be the best striker in the world without a doubt. Everyone must remember that Mario Balotelli is only 22. He has many more years before reaching his peak and then a few more years before retiring, I hope he stays at Milan and retires here.

Despite Mario just joining, there has been a lot of talk about him leaving, its total b******* to be honest. Maybe Mario and the president have issues, I'm not too sure but as long as I am living and breathing, Mario will not leave this club even if a club like Madrid offers 200 million + Ronaldo...although I would consider it. He's a fantastic guy and I think its about time he proves the world that he is a superb striker and one of the best in Europe.

When pundits and fans talk about the likes of Ibra, Suarez, Aguero I think they shouldn't forget Balotelli rather, they shouldn't forget Super Mario!
