My game saves won't LOAD!!

When i try to load my game saves it loads a little bit then it stops it doesn't carry on i can exit the game but for some reason it wont load , I checked to see if my game save was still in the folder it was , I uninstalled the game then re installed but it still won't work also i created a new game to see if it would let me save it but it said
'game could not save' so i can't really play the game at all unless it's a network game which i join. ANY Solutions ???
