Must have attributes for your team. Post them here

We all have our ideal team phylosophy in our head. I personally like my players to fight during the entire game. Never bend never break.
So every player has to have the following high (min. 10 or 12 depending on the league I'm in) attributes:

• Work Rate
• Team work
• Determination

So my team isn't the most technical squad in the league, but I don't care.

What do look for in a player?

I look for work rate, determination, team work, low eccentricity (with GK's), decisions, composure (with defenders, GK's and strikers) and I hate players with annoying PPM's e.g. if a winger I want to buy has amazing dribbling, crossing and so on but one of his PPM's is dwells on ball or a defender who dives into tackles then I most probably won't purchase.
