Black screen upon game loading

Recently i had the xml parsing error so i cleared cache in game and quit upon loading up fm again i got a black screen after the logos i have no settings preferences or cache files i can delete either but others always seem to have them please help i have already verified game on steam and uninstalled it but no luck please help.
