INTRODUCTION

This is my very first story, and want to kick it off with a bang. For this story, I will be going with my beloved Chelsea, I have supported the club since I was about six, and have been inspired to start the story using Jose Mourinho as Chelsea's current real life progress, Jose wants to stay long term at the club, which is what I want to re - create.

My plan, is to ensure that I grow players through the ranks of the chelsea youth squad, and also to be increasing the trophy cabinet, I dont plan on getting off with wins in every game straight away, I want to take my time to get the right tactic, and then from there, moulding the new squad in, with a combination of experienced and youth players. I want to ensure after a few years, that Chelsea will be a real force to be reckoned with, and to beat Real Madrid's record of champions league victories, so this will be a long story, but hopefully a enjoyable one, tips and any help will be very appreciated, Im not the best at FM, and have only been playing since about FM 2012, but I really do enjoy it, and will try my best to make it as realistic as possible.
Good luck mate, I'll definitely be following, should be interesting to see how you evolve Chelsea :)

RAFA BENITEZ DEPARTS CHELSEA

http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Guardian/Pix/audio/video/2013/5/16/1368694082578/Rafael-Ben-tez-sad-to-see-005.jpg

Sky Sports can now confirm, that Interim manager of Chelsea, Rafa Benitez, has left the club, after about just six months in charge. This was just announced by the official Chelsea twitter. Rafa Benitez was appointed in November, shortly after former manager Roberto Di Matteo, was sacked by the club, after a 3 - 0 defeat to Juventus in italy.

Rafa Benitez was not given the support by the chelsea fans, when he first arrived at the club, this was due to previous comments made by the manager when he was in charge of Liverpool. After, he left Liverpool, he went had a very unsuccessful spell at Inter Milan, only being able to pick up the World Club Championship, after being removed, he was out of the job for a while, and snapped at the Chelsea job as soon as it was vacant. It was a very successful spell at Chelsea, being able to obtain third place in the premier league against London rivals Arsenal and Spurs. And then leading Chelsea to glory in Amsterdam in the Europa League Final against Portuguese giants Benfica, where they were able to snatch a 2 - 1 win in the last minute of the game, thanks to a amazing header by Ivanovic.

Rafa quoted ''I would like to thank everyone at Chelsea, including the boss, the players and the fans, for a successful run at chelsea, I feel I need to leave, because I still dont feel i have been able to gain the trust of the supporters, I feel I cant carry on under these conditions, and wish best luck for the club in the future''

So who will being replacing Rafa at Chelsea? The current favourite is former Chelsea manger Jose Mourinho, who is currently at 3/1 according to Sky Bet, Jose did not have a very successful season at Real Madrid, missing out the on the Copa Del Ray, UEFA Champions League and the league, so could it be Jose's second chance to conquer England or could there be another interesting twist in it.
I like this start and I hope this turns into something realllllllly good
I wonder who'll replace Rafa? ;) Good luck!
Good luck :)
Really nice start so far mate, be interesting to see how different our stories are :P .

PS: Welcome to the site!

JOSE GIVEN THE AXE

Jose Mourinho not looking the happiest he has been

Jose Mourinho has been sacked as manager of Real Madrid, after weeks of long rumours and speculation, the President is announced that Jose will be departing. Its not a surprise, Jose has his biggest failure yet this season, for the first time not being able to obtain one piece of silverware and being dominated by their fierce rivals Barcelona. And having major issues internally with the club, including Sergio Ramos and Iker Casillas, and recently, has had issues with Portuguese super star, Ronaldo.

Carlo Ancelotti, current manager of Paris Saint Germain

So now the question is, who will replace Jose and where will Jose go. The most likely person to replace Jose is currently Carlo Ancelotti, who is the bookies odds, he has just finished a season with money spenders, PSG where he was able to storm through the league. Meanwhile, Jose is almost certain for a move back to the blues, but nothing has been confirmed yet, but there have been pictures of him in London, and just recently, a picture of him in a spanish furniture store, where he purchased £110 worth of boxes, which must be moving, and was caught in London house hunting with a estate agent.

http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/multimedia/archive/00419/129494642_football_419135c.jpg
Jose finally signs for Chelsea for a second spell

We are delighted to announce, the return of the former Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho has returned to manage the club for a second time, after agreeing personal terms. The club are very excited about Jose's return, and everyone at the club has the upmost confidence that he will be able to lead the club to glory like he did last time. He has signed a four year deal, and has been given a requested transfer budget and wage budget, Jose has not given away too much to start, but he did say ''It will be a very busy transfer window, for in's and outs'', also some of Real Madrid back room staff have joined including Rafa Faria for a second time.

There will be a press conference, where ChelseaTV and Chelsea Twitter followers will be able to ask Jose any questions they want, and hopefully they will get a reply. The press conference will be held at Cobham, and the press conference will be streamed on Chelsea TV and directly onto the Chelsea Youtube channel.

Jose speaking to the anxious press

Jose, has finally completed his first press conference after singing a new deal, to bring him back to his beloved blues. All the press were waiting to see if Jose would mention him self as the special one, and he did not, instead he had mentioned he is the 'Happy One' and says he is a supporter of the club, and is one of the fans. He also mentioned on how easy it was to make his decision on leaving Madrid for Chelsea and said 'I talked to Roman back in January, and it took roughly about five minutes for me too agree to come back'.

Then the press fired away at the questions, and it was mainly about possible future transfers and current stability of the team. He says he wants to stay long term to bring stability to the team, which they have never had. The press were talking about the future of Mata and David Luiz as they were both linked away from the club and he said 'Mata is a great player, and a important player, I dont sell my best players and I will not start to do it now, that includes Luiz also'. The press also asked about the transfer of Andre Schurrle speculation, and he replied with 'I am interested in the player, and I cant say too much, but a deal is coming along'. And finally, about the current legends of the squad like Lamps and Terry, and Jose said ' I have worked with the players before, so I know what they are like, about the others, I will need to find out my self'.

BERARDI SIGNS ON A FREE TO THE BLUES

http://thinkfootball.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/ccalciowebdoteu_Domenico_Berardi.jpg
Chelsea new signing Domenico Berardi

Jose's first piece of spending, has been a free transfer, for eighteen year old wonder kid Domenico Berardi. He was just coming to a end of his contract at Sassulo and Jose was able to snap him up on a free transfer, which could end up being a very good signing, as this kid has a lot of poeintal, but Jose has said he will be loaned to their parent club Vitesse, where he will spend the rest of the season there.

Jose made a few comments on his new transfer, ''I am very happy with Berardi joining, he is a very young player and will be part of our plans once he is able to handle the physicality of the BPL.''

Berardi was very happy to sign, ''This is a dream come true, signing for a team like Chelsea is what people dream for ever, and Im glad I was able to do it, and I hope I can make a real impact at the team''

So Berardi, is the first player that Chelsea have signed, but Andre Schurrle has just arrived in London to complete his medical, so there will be another transfer heading to the blues also in a matter of days.
Nice signing :) Nurture him well and you have a top playmaking forward. Vitesse could be a great experience for him
P-KIDDY: I will dont worry! Hopefully he can do well at Vitesse and will be able to come back ready for the second season
