Notthingham Forest save, need help with tactic and improvements

So, i am new to FM 14 and i am doing Notthingham save and thought which formation should i use or keep this ? Also , i need a AMR and some backups with only 6M. Hope anyone could help me. http://i61.tinypic.com/2m2b0u9.png
Pus, which mentality should i use ? Cause the chairman didn't include any specific mentality in the meeting.

AMR backup you can purchase David Bentley for free.
My approach is to use 4-1-2-1-2 to get rid of wingers problem, otherwise you need to purchase 1 AMR and 1 AML.
DL, DM and ST are much more important. I bought some cheap bargains such as Tsepo Masilela, Renan Teixeira and Ernesto Farias. Adan is a more reliable GK.
