CAPTCHA failed

Hello. I've just registered to your site. I'm an admin myself so I'd like to make a serious suggestion to your website!

Your CAPTCHA is failing. I've tried to register and tried about 5 CAPTCHA words but couldn't find any of them! I finally found the 6th one (Blossom ...something, I can't remember) and was able to register.

This Captcha has letters that can hardly be seen by anyone! Try it by yourself and see. It would be better if you could find another Captcha or use security question.

Ex. "What is the video game this site is related to?" (Football Manager)

I think you miss many new registrations and donations with this way.

Actually we've had a Math CAPTCHA (works like this: 3+6=?) in place for as far as I can remember. We switched to reCAPTCHA a few days ago in an effort to save ourselves from an increasing amount of spam accounts (and posts) that have been emerging for the past 4 weeks or so.

However, what you say is true. reCAPTCHA can be a pain to get it right and that may hurt new registrations. So I've just changed our CAPTCHA service of choice to Solve Media and hoping spammers will stay away.
