Ok i'm back after playing Call of Duty 4.
I was so caught up in the game i forgot to buy FM09, but i'll buy it some time this week.
Just so you all know, i'm going to wembley to watch the mighty everton beat united on sunday :P
I'll be going everton when i buy the game, so anyone know any cheap wonderkids in 09 i might not know about?

You can start with our wonderkids shortlist.
Then use filters and the help of your assistant and scouts to find what best suits your team.

You can always ask for additional transfer funds and of course offload players you don't like to raise money. Also cut some wages here and there and adjust budget in favor of more transfer funds.

Each time i try for additional funds, they dont really give me any at start of game, so i have to offload a few players and being a small squad already its quite hard knowing ya guna need players incase of injuries.
Plus ya dont really get that much of a big price on ya unregular 1st teamers.

Then you should abandon the idea of getting wonderkids at first and look for some more realistic targets. Still youth and promising of course, but more like as backup for 1st teamers. I'll prepare such shortlist at some point.

He is a regular in my squad playin in the centre of the park.
Never rarely lets ya down.
A must for most teams i would say.

i would say dan gosling, but he's not originally from everton
jose baxter is an everton 16yr old, not sure what hes like on FM but from what ive seen as an everton season ticket holder, he looks like a gooden for the future, moyes must think the same as baxter has recently signed a full time contract
