almost everything wrong with datas

i have searched teams players or staffs but genie scout 14.3.0 build 146 shows me almost wrong datas

It's a problem with your key-file. Did you receive one (it comes in a separate email)? If you have it, did you place it in the appropriate folder?

I download my key-file again . But the data still is wrong .
Players positions almost is 15 .

Yes. Find your new Unique ID and send an email to Eugene explaining what happened. He will provide you with a new key file.
