Hi have donated for the g version when it first came out but since last patch i keep getting a error when loading my save :- access violation at address 008afbcb in fmgeniescout.exe write of address 00000044.

can someone help me with this please as i said previously i paid for this program and am slightly gutted i can't use this great program now.

I just asked Eugene and he says he didn't receive any donation from that email address. Are you this is the one you've used to donate?
Make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case the email is already there.

I have auto-fill in, but if it wasn't that mail it's my work mail, and I have nothing on either of them? I mean it's only a few bucks so it's no big deal, but I'd love to be able to use the new genie now - FM isn't the same without it.

This is not a topic to report bugs. Please start your own topic to report your issue and provide as many details as possible (OS, how/when it happens, if you tried a new 14.3 savegame, etc).

Seems like a problem with your key-file. Please find your current Unique ID and send an email to Eugene about this. He'll be able to help.

yes you did reply and he sent an email with Key File but sent me 1 of them. he sent me key file for FM13g but he still hasn't sent me FM14g key file yet which I also donated for. Just to be clear, I basically donated first for FM14g and then FM13g, I also got two different emails with two different download links from those ( FM13g and FM14g).

Eugene Tarabanovsky told me it will take 24 hours to receive key files but it is the 6 days now, still no progress. I hope he is not ill or anything. wise him the best of luck.
