Lack Of Harmony At My Club

i have just started a new season at man city with a new budget of 150M and signed about 7 Players and now i have no harmony at the club how do i get good harmony i dont mind cheating please help

you need good results.buying lots of players in a short period of time can upset the balance in the lockeroom, especially if all or most of the 7 players are in the first 11.older members get upset, new members want a shot for a place in the team and that can only result into chaos....only good results will emprove the atmosphere....and maybe a salary raise.

Lol dude which players did you buy?! First season as Man City I can usually get a champs league spot, second season and Im contending for the title!

I think sun_chris is right, winning is the only thing that'll work. Its difficult with the budget at man city cause you end up bringing in far too many first team players and old ones get fed up. I always try and bring in good players but offer them a lesser role ie: rotation, but more money for it. Then they dont mind not being played once in a while.

yeah i know its my fault but a 150M budget is to tasty to not spend anyway adriano jesus navas those kind of players can not not be in your team anyway thanks for your help

you could always get rid of the players that are contributing to the bad harmony?

they cant be that important to you if you bought 7 players.

yeah those players.

click on the player and go to "personal" and if they're complaining bout something and you dont need em, get rid o them.

or just sell all the players you dont need and most of your reserves and then players wont feel that there's too much competition for places.

yeah... I like to buy player most 23 years old with not much money although i have much money. i don't like to buy a good or quality player with 25 - 100 M pound. When u pick a team with high raputation and so much money and you buy several wprld class players that can make you bored to play fm because you always win with little tension. may be you try to buy youngsters with (lower wage )and give training. When that players had called up for his senior national team for the first time you can feel good and think "i want to see more my youngsters called up". everything need a proccess, ha...

If you want to feel good as a real manager you can try this. i did.
don't buy every player who you like and sell who you don't like but buy and keep who you and your team need.
I think your training method is very important more and get better phsio for your team. Get assisten manager who make tactic same with you. If you like to make 4-4-2 attacking i hope you don't make assisten who like to make 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, 4-5-1 or not same with your tactic in real competition. that's important to make your young team (U-18, U-19, U-20, U-21)play well and not need much time to adapt when you call to senior team. I suggestion your lead coah in young tem is your assisten manager. thanks and sorry my english is "last reshort".
