Nigel Clough Leaves Sheffield United!

Shocking news coming out of Sheffield United that their manager Nigel Clough has left the club by mutual consent. Things looked to be on the up for Sheffield United when Nigel arrived to the club. After an argument with the newly appointed joint-chairman Prince Abdullah bin Mossad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Nigel couldn't carry on the job no longer.

No replacement has been lined up yet but Alex McLeish has been seen coming out of the training ground at United, I guess the owners will want to clear the matter up soon and get a new manager with it being so close to the start of the new season.

Sheffield United have high hopes this season and hope to reach the SkyBet Championsip after a long absence from the league. The new manager will have his work cut out though when he arrives to get the team on his side.

Matt Craig (MattHDGamer) Announced As New Sheffield United Boss!

Matt Craig (MattHDGamer) has been named as the new Sheffield United manager. Reported by The Sun, Matt has agreed a three year deal at Brammall Lane, it has causes a mixed reaction between the Sheffield United fans.

One fan in particular said he is going to boycott the club after hearing this news, whereas another fan said this is a great appointment by the club and is very happy.

Craig, famous for his YouTube channel MattHDGamer which currently has 743,000 subscribers has said that he is pleased to be given the chance to manage a club like Sheffield United.

"I want to bring glory back to the city of Sheffield" was the words of Matt Craig when questioned on the matter!

Only time will tell if this will work out for United, but we wish Matt well with his job!

R: So Matt, how does it fell to be sitting here the new manager of Sheffield United?

MC: It feels great! I would like to thank the board for giving me this amazing chance to showcase my skills to the footballing world.

R: How will real life football compare to the video game FIFA?

MC: Obviously, it will be difficult to adapt, but I gained knowledge from FIFA and hopefully it will pay off

R: What tactics do you intend to use?

MC: I intend to bring all out attack to Sheffield United, at the end of the day goals win games and if you don't attack you don't score simples!

R: How are you going to manage your YouTube duties between your managerial duties?

MC: For the time being, I am going to stop making YouTube videos so I can concentrate on bringing glory back to Sheffield United!

R: Do you have a starting eleven in mind or do you intend to give everyone a chance?

MC: I intend to give everyone a chance to show me what they have got before deciding on my starting eleven.

R: Are there any potential signings in the pipeline if so, who are they?

MC: I am sorry, I will not be giving any transfer details in this press conference.

R: Have you ever used Sheffield United on FIFA to gain knowledge of them?

MC: I'm afraid I haven't, I pretty much only play Ultimate Team not Career Mode so that's a know.
