New Foreign Rules
There are new rules regarding foreign players. I have decided to let each team have 4 foreign players that can be from anywhere in the world, there is also a 5th foreign player slot which can only be filled by a player who is from a country inside of the European Union.
Signing a foreign player will cost teams 3x their value and the wages will follow the same rules as domestic players. This is the case for both players who already play abroad and players who have been playing in England and have had there contracted terminated (anyone who isn't English).
Wages
For wages:
Any transfer under 6m = 10k added onto wage
Any transfer from 6m-14m = 15k added onto wage
Any transfer from 15m-30m = 20k added onto wage
Any transfer over 30m = 30k added onto wage
