Swansea Surprise!

Today Swansea City surprise fans with a massive announcement. This was the letter sent out to Swansea fans by Chairman Huw Jenkins.

“To our amazing supporter we would like to thank you for sticking with us through thick and thin. We at the football club believe that the most important thing is our fans and that is why we have decided to to do what we have done. Things are going well at the club but we believe things could get a lot better with this change.
We have decided to let go of Michael Luadrup and bring in a new fresh face. Some may take this as a good thing and some may take it as a bad thing but here at Swansea City we only make changes what are best for the Football Club and we believe this change will bring out the best in Swansea. We will announce the new manager within the next week.
Thank you...
Huw Jenkins”

Nobody knows who this new Mystery Manager is going to be but Swansea sure are taking a risk here lets just hope it doesn't backfire.
Good luck mate!

SWANSEA FOOTBALL CLUB ANNOUCE ROBERT MILLER AS NEW MANAGER

Swans reveal highly rated Miller as the man to take them forward

Swansea City AFC announced that Robert Miller has been appointed as the club’s new manager, after signing a new contract

Miller aged just 21, is regarded as being at the forefront of a new generation of football coaches, an excellent tactician and motivator with a progressive philosophy. After an extensive two-week process where many highly-qualified candidates were carefully considered, Swansea's ownership group identified Miller as the single outstanding candidate to implement their long-term vision.

Miller joins The Swans after a hugely successful spell at SUNDAY LEAUGE SIDE, Wizard Sleeve JFC. Here he won them the High Town Junior League Trophy.

Swansea’s chairman Huw Jenkins says
“I know this may come as a shock to all our fans but we want you to know that we did this for the club. Robert may not look good on paper but you can judge him when the reason begins. We have took a risk and we hope it pays off”

Robert Miller makes his face statement to the press – "We do not expect miracles overnight nor should anyone else. But we firmly believe that the direction the club is heading in will lead to Premier League championships. We will embrace the unconventional, build the right way and together set a bold, exciting course for this historic club."

Let’s just hope and pray Huw Jenkins knows what he is doing here.
Good luck. I don't remember seeing a Swansea story and always been an admirer of the club, especially when BR was in charge. I will definitely be following with interest!
