Realtime contract editor?

Hi,

I haven't been playing FM2009 yet, but once I begin (pretty soon), I'd like to have a realtime contract editor, I mean, so that I could just throw players from my team to other teams as full season loan players.

What's the best editor for that?

i think there is 1 tool in the download page where you can do such things if i remember correctly.
