In my opinion the game is a fail, yes we got some new trinkets like new press conference questions and new and improved skin, but seriously major flaws are still evident, the match engine even on 14.3 patch is still woefully short.

Set piece positioning and execution needs work- IRL corners are a zone of melee however in the ME only near post and far post ever get a clear head on the ball.

Differentiation needs to be made between IFKs free kicks and DFK free kicks- Xabi Alonso is Real's Long IFK taker while CR7 is their DFK

Please fix that stupid oh so stupid thing that a striker baring down on goal on a free run will opt to shoot from the edge of the box rather that carry on for the easy finish.

Players regardless of how low their team work is should stop being so overly selfish I mean shooting from ridiculous angle with no hope of scoring while team mate is unmarked for a tap in. Not even Taraabt would do that.

Make scouting for player alot harder or the mask player attributes should be expanded upon. I am of the opinion that you should not be able to view all of a player attributes if he is not at your club. Following on potential Ability should be alot less accurate-it is too easy.

I'd love SI to make it a feature to be able to be an actual manager. I know you can just use an actual persons name, but if you could actually pick up where he left off, it would be awesome. also I'd love SI to make it a game-mode that you start from amateur football(players and teams don't have to be licensed) and you have to work your way up to becoming a top manager.

Exactly, thats the worst part of the attacking play... Or even forwards/wingers when they win the ball in a tackle, they go mostly back or not so offten start a counter. And if they finally do it and on the other flank sprints his teame mate, they either run on the line with the ball or triyng to finish it alone instead to pass into the open space for a clear tip in...

Or you should become only a gap between 12-17 (e.g.) in the first scouting and this would reduce on the next scouting (but not on fast scouting report). And finaly after 3 or 4 scoutings in a match it could be a gap between 15-16, but only for the most relevant atributes in his familiar positions.

Create an office background to make the game less boring.Also when get messages from the board it should come in envelopes.Basically make the inbox screen like a table.

I'd like to be able to complain about officials other than just in post match interviews. Yes you may get a fine or a ban but surely making the game more realistic is what its all about!

I would like to see the following things introduced to Football Manager. I will list them by dot point, and then give further details below for those that wish to read it.

To tie in with "Past Playing Experience", to have the option of selecting your playing position/s.
Give Managers stat profiles, for both staff and player stats.
Option to be a Player/Manager.
Ability to give yourself Coaching roles for training.

I know this is a long post, but I hope I have been clear in outlining the features I would love to see introduced. While I have listed them as individual features, the reality is that they all work together as one overall feature (maybe with the exception of the Player/Manager). Now to get Miles Jacobson to see this and act on it

Hi again.
I have played a lot with VPS in Finland. A problem I have come across when playing is that the game won´t let me continue if I can´t register at least 4 home grown players for European competition. It would be nice that the game/assistant manager gives the manager a heads up if you want to sell players and risk losing out on European competition because of not having enough home grown players in your squad. Or at least just lets you play on and have to withdraw the team from the Europa League or Champions league if you have 3 or less home grown players. I hope this was understandable.

More links between leagues
Try to make a FM were we can use many nations without slowing party, for exemple if you choose only Spain nation in the beggining of the game and Train Barcelona,and then if you are fired it's hard to find another teams to trains in other nations like England or Italia
Unless you select these nations in your game which make the game slower .

Have always thought about posting but never got around to it: i have always hoped for an improvement in international management especially when it comes to being able to approach players to declare for another nationality they have listed. So for example Connor Wickham may get to age 30+ in the game and have no chance of playing for the english squad it woudl be great to be able to approach to ask him consider his other nationalities. I feel if you are a manager of a national team who is about to go to the world cup a player who was on the outer would take it into conisderation? The same can occur for many other players but at this stage it only happens automatically (for example Kyle Bartley with Jamaica about 3 years into the game). Been playing since amiga 500 days so thank you so much for your work!!

Why don`t we cooperate with Football Association on the calendar? I was coaching Zenit (Russia) and my season started with the SuperCup game against CSKA, then I played with Lokimotiv, CSKA again and Dynamo - all are top teams of Russian PremierLeague. I would not mind asking FA to replace some matches to fit the calendar. Of course there is a giant pre-season cooperation of all the managers in real life but here you may create anything similar to reality.
Again on the calendar. When I was at HSV (Germany) I had a ChampionsLeague game with Real Madrid on Tuesday, on Thursday I had a German Cup game and on Saturday there was a Bundesliga match. Due to the team could have "recharged" themselves I`d like to appelate to FA in order to postone or to move a Bundesliga match to the other day.
Someone here above asked to create the possibility when starting manager career to chose previous career. Then I wonder why don`t could we have a chance to start career as manager assistant at any top club like Barca or Chelsea. For example, me and Mourinho would be a great team :))) Team manager would be managing team in matches and I would be responsible for transfers, reserve (or junior) team managing as well as managing when team manager was given red card.
Oh, of course. Red cards! Sometimes judges take such controversial decisions so I wich them to be said some "warm words"

I've said this before but I can't find it, there should be a cloud save for online games. This way you don't need everyone online in order to play, you can casually check the game, do the things you need to do, and then continue for your manager without continuing the whole game. It would be more efficient and a lot easier to get netgames done.

yeah that would be great! I've been lately thinking about it too. Now I have to delete a manager in editor and then impersonate him, but if I could just be an actual manager, it would be way more realistic.

Would like the see the ability to search for a scout or coach by 'region of birth' so you can expand your scouting knowledge of a certain region

Ask a scout to get specific types of players. When I have sent my scout out I think I've only ever got 3 players who are any use!

redwolf0008, you can already search for scouts by region. Go in to staff search, add conditions > nationality > regions (at very bottom of nationality options > select desired region

Specialist in success, if you mean by searching for a player in a certain position at a certain age with certain strengths, you can already do that in the full version of the game. Go in to one of your scouts' profiles > Reports > Scouting Assignments > New Assignment > Fill in the conditions which you are looking for. So say I want my scout to look at Germany for a player at most 19 yrs old, plays right wing, would be fairly good for me now at least, has the potential to become a key player for me and is very good at dribbling, I could fill it in like this:
