These are top 10 teams I am looking they are Cardiff Chelsea Real Mardrid PSG QPR Athleico Mardrid Wigan Southampton Everton And Liverpool.

That's a big variety of teams, I would probz either go for Wigan or Liverpool

Wigan: Good starting team with like a 10m budget which you can get some quality players :)
Liverpool: See if you can do as well as they are doing irl.
