Lister Hires Bento

Following Borussia Dortmund's quick fall from glory, he has decided to make a change in the management by hiring former Portugal manager Paulo Bento as Dortmund's new manager.

Now unemployed Claudio Ranieri took the reigns at the former German powerhouses a few years ago and seems to have taken Dortmund on a sudden decline in German football.

"The first season I took over, Jurgen Klopp was manager here and we won the league and got a reasonably decent European cup run. After that we seem to have declined further down the league. It's not the players, I know that. The players are world class, I know this because last season we were playing superb and performed a great comeback. It's the managers fault we're in this mess which is why today Claudio Ranieri's contract at Borussia Dortmund has been terminated with immediate effect. Former Portugal manager Paulo Bento will now be the new manager.

Schaaf out Klopp in

Today Werder Bremen chairman Aaron Sinteur has announced that Thomas Schaaf is no longer the manager of Werder Bremen.

Schaaf was fired after the 0-1 loss at home to Frankfurt which saw the Die Grün-Weißen descending to the 14th place just 2 points clear of the play-off spot. Aaron Sinteur stated that Thomas Schaaf is a true Werder legend and he is always welcome to join the staff in a different function

There was also other news. Aaron Sinteur stated that Jürgen Klopp will be the new manager of Werder Bremen the former Dortmund manager will try to get the team to a top 10 finish

Changes at stuttgart

The past few seasons have been broadly forgettable for stuttgart as far as the league is concerned. Only cup success has kept them in Europe and it appears the higher ups at the club have decided to part ways with their current manager and bring someone with a little more panache ( and will play a formation that actually fits the players at the club, but that is neither here nor there.) It has also been speculated that some of the previous managements decisions to let talented players such as de sciglio leave for paltry sums has also contributed to this decision.
