Fm Not Found

I just downloaded the latest edition of Fm Scout, after having fond memories of using it with Fm12.
However it says football manager can't be found, i changed the file directories to the appropriate files but no dice, even ran as admin. I tried searching on google for a way of sorting this, but couldn't find one... any ideas?

Anyone? Seems like there should be a fairly easy fix...if not...it's kinda useless to me like this haha

Do you have a save game loaded when you try to use Genie Scout? That's the only way the error could occur, as far as I'm aware.

Nope! I just load fm genie, go to load game and it comes up saying fm could not be found....

Well, you need to have an FM save loaded, otherwise it won't find one

Well i am currently playing a save. Do yuo mean literally have fm open at the same time or just have a save file?

Have FM open and be playing the save at the same time
