Fulham FC have announced today that they have signed a deal with Fly Emirates for their 2013-14 season kits, which they have unveiled today.

Fulham owner Shahid Kahn had this to say about the new sponsorship deal:

"I hope our new sponosorship shows that we are aiming high. Fly Emirates are a well known and respected company and I am sure they will enjoy a lot of success with us.

Only one player was signed, Tomas Rincón, a midfielder from HSV. Meulensteen and the board have promised more signings, but overall, it's been a rather dissapointing month for the fans on the topic of transfers.

Out of the 5 friendlies Fulham played, only 1 of them was a win, and considering Tigress and CF America are worse and Stade Rennais and Werder Bremen are at a similar standard, this is worrying. We have one more friendly, tommorow against Macclesfield, which will hopefully be an easy win, but that won't overshadow what has been a massively dissapointing pre-season.

Sadio Mané - FC Red Bull Salzburg

The 21 year old has been at Red Bull Salzburg for 2 years following signing from Metz in 2012. The youngster has shown potential, and he already looks like he could make it in the Premier League. A youngster is exactly what we need, so I hope Rene goes through with this highly talked about deal.

Estimated price - £3,000,000 - £4,000,000

Vasilis Torosidis - AS Roma

The 28 year old Greek right-back has enjoyed a decent career, and after 6 years at Olympiacos, he signed for Roma and has been a back-up player since signing, but he's not a first team player so Roma should be willing to sell him.

Estimated Price - £2,500,000 - £3,500,000

So with the season approaching fast, and the pre-season so far not giving us much hope, can we turn this around and make this a fantastic season? The first match is against Chelsea - always a big match, and fans will be hoping for a good showing.
