Bst222, Zapdos and I have asked 20 people if they would like to sign up for the World MegaLeague Chairman Game, and if they have said yes, they have chosen a number between 1 and 20. This number will determine what club they have, and they know which club they have as Zapdos and I have told them in a private chat once they gave us their number. The reason we're doing it randomly is because we want things to be fair, although if you get 3 terrible teams in the 3 Chairman Games that are currently running, which is unlikely but possible, I feel bad for you
I am currently working out budgets that go by reputation of the club and current finances, meaning the lowest club has the lowest budget for this season. However, if you save up your budget, you will get more added on as time goes by. In the summer, 50m is added to your current transfer budget, and in January, 25m is added. For the wages, they all stay the same every window, unless you wish to convert your wage budget into transfer budget or vice versa.
£10k of wage budget = £2m of transfer budget
£20k of wage budget = £4m of transfer budget
and so on and so forth.
At the beginning of the game and the beginning of the game only, you get to sack your manager and this'll be completely free. Then, through the seasons, you may sack your manager, but it's down to the game who you get as a replacement, but as the reputations of the clubs are all very high, you shouldn't panic about getting a terrible manager. Sacking your manager costs £5m out of your transfer budget.
When you decide which manager you want, it is like the bidding process is very tiring at the beginning of the game, and we all want this to start quite quickly. So, if somebody bids £40k p/w more than another, they get the manager. You must pay at least £10k p/w over the manager's current wages, or if the manager is unemployed, you must pay at least £20k p/w to get the manager. The payment for the manager comes out of your wage budget, and you cannot sign managers from other teams in the league.
For the transfers, you can make as many signings from across the league as you like, providing both chairmen agree a fee. Now, I know that screenshotting proof of your deal is annoying to do, so as long as you both make a list of your ins and outs, it'll go through like a normal deal. When a loan deal is in the mix, I'll move the player between clubs at the beginning and end of the loan period.
You may have up to 5 lower league transfers, because in the lower leagues are clubs like Bayer Leverkusen, Liverpool and Roma, so there's a lot to go for there. You can also have up to 5 foreign signings, because there are only 69 teams in the entire league system, meaning there are plenty of others to get. You can have up to 10 free signings as well, although the wage you offer must be above £15k p/w for it to go through.
If the player you wish to sign has a value of under £2.5m, you add £0.5m to their value and £5k p/w to their wage.
If the player you wish to sign has a value between £2.6m and £4.9m, you add £1m to their value and £10k p/w to their wage.
If the player you wish to sign has a value between £5m and £14.9m, you add £5m to their value and £20k p/w to their wage.
If the player you wish to sign has a value between £15m and £24.9m, you add £10m to their value and £30k p/w to their wage.
If the player you wish to sign has a value above £25m, you add £15m to their value and £40k p/w to their wage.
The amount of money you add to the wage depends on the BID YOU MAKE, not their value. For the transfers, the highest bid wins, and I'll reveal who has won each player at the end of the transfer window. When sending me your transfers, please send the wages and the bid, or your bid will not be counted.
If you have players who are out on loan, you can recall them at any time for a small fee of £1m, but if you're recalling from a team in your league, you have to agree a fee with that team to get the player's services back. PM me once the window has opened to recall players from their loan club.
I think that's all there is to put as rules, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
Also, there are two spaces left in the league, so if you want to sign up, PC me.
