Atletico Madrid are good, they have Rodriguez,Aguero and simao. Although they haven't got a big transfer budget you won't need to buy to many players.

I recommend Wolves
they have a lot of money for a championship squad and it is a good challenge to establish them in the premier league.

Villa are quite good for that sort of game, if you start with a sunday footballer's reputation. All the players think you're scum so you have to pretty much clear out the squad and start again. You'll have what you sell plus about 5 mill and you're not too lowly to not attract the slightly better than midtable players. The board and the fans are a bit unforgiving though.
