Basically, I agreed to sign a young Egyptian centre back some years back with the agreement he would be sent on loan to my Belgian feeder club to get a work permit soon as he turned 18 and joined my Derby team. That was 2 years ago and he is now at the club and has already clocked 12 appearances for his country - surely he qualifies for a work permit now? I don't want to send him away and wait for 3 years just for him to get a work permit!!! Help needed!
